Entity edit

This function allows you to modify an existing entity definition in the library.

To run this function: Choose Plotting > Entity > Edit, or...

• In the Function Chooser, type ENTITY MODIFY, and press ENTER.

Name of existing entity

Enter the name of the entity to be modified. The entity to be modified may be selected from a list by using the browser.

Enter the name of the entity to be modified and choose Apply to read the entity definition from the plot library and display the entity either in the Define a String Entity form, the Note Attributes form, the Define Image Entity Attributes form, or the Define Table Entity Attributes form. All details for the entity, be a string, image or note entity may be modified while the form is displayed.

Complete the entity definition form and choose Apply to save the modified entity definition to the plot library. If you do not wish to save your changes choose Cancel.
