Recall holes
To run this function: Choose Design > Ring design > Ring design > Recall holes, or...
If you are connected to a database, the LOAD FORMAT form will be displayed, otherwise the LOAD DESIGN FROM A STRING FILE form is displayed, as shown below.
Load format
The format from which to load the data, either string file or database. If you are loading from a database, the data is loaded from the currently connected Ring Design database.
Location
The location of the Ring Design string file to recall
Id Number
The id of the Ring Design string file to recall
Choose Apply to recall the specified file or Cancel to cancel the function.
Select drive outline '???' (ESC if not loaded)
This prompt is displayed if there are holes in the file which were drilled from a opening (named '???') which apparently has not been loaded. See below for an explanation.
Select stope outline '???' (ESC if not loaded)
This prompt is displayed if there are holes in the file which were drilled from a opening (named '???') which apparently has not been loaded.
The names of the currently loaded openings and stopes are stored in the fourth description field of the first point of each segment. Outline names are placed in this description field when sections are taken through objects using the Centre Line Slice function (the object name is used), or when the outlines are selected in Ring Design.
If the named outline has been loaded, select the segment representing the outline. Alternatively, choose Cancel if the outline is not present.
Choosing Cancel when prompted for a drive outline causes the holes drilled from the specified drive to be view-only.
Choosing Cancel when prompted for a stope outline causes the holes drilled into the specified stope to be editable only if Cancel is also chosen at the stope selection prompt of the new position function:
Indicate the Stope Outlines
See RIG New Position for further details.
The pivot record aaa referred to by hole bbb is missing
This message may be displayed when recalling rings from a database if pivot records have been deleted from the pivot table. The pivot record with the pivot_id of aaa is referred to by hole bbb, but is not present in the pivot table of the current database. This message results in a pivot being created for the current hole at a distance of from the collar position. This distance is the bit distance of the current rig (see Add Rig for a description of this parameter).
The density of the explosive 'aaa' is not known
This message may be displayed when recalling rings from a database. The explosive referred to in the explosive field of the collar table for one of the loaded holes is unknown. Choose Explosives from the Charging submenu to add the named explosive to the list and reload the holes.
