Reblock a block model

You can reblock a block model to change the size of the blocks in the model.

Depending on the target format you are saving, reblocking a block model may be required.

Note: Fractional reblocking is not supported for Datamine block models.

1. Open a block model.
2. Update the reblocking dimensions.

   You can set the dimensions for reblocking or open an existing reblocking parameters file.

3. Update the reblocking attributes.

   You can set the attributes for reblocking or open an existing reblocking parameters file.

4. Choose Block Models tab > Reblocking group > Reblock .

A Progress dialog box appears to show the progress of the reblocking process. When the process has completed, the data of the reblocked block model is loaded in the Block Model Converter.

Tip: To view the original source block model data after reblocking, re-open the block model.
