Open block model data

You can open a supported block model file.

1. Choose Block Models tab > Block Models group > Open    or...
   • Click the Application button , and click Open.
2. From the list of file types next to the File name box, click the type of file you want to open.
3. Select the file, and click Open.
4. For GEMS projects, choose the block model workspaces and attributes to open, and click OK.

   If you select an attribute that occurs in more than one folder, the attribute is imported from all the folders.

   Tip: To optimise performance of the Block Model Converter, choose only the attributes you require.

The data of the block model is loaded into the Block Model Converter.

Tip: To quickly re-open a previously opened block model file, click the Application button , and select a file from the Recent Block Models list.
