Set dimensions for reblocking

You set the dimensions for reblocking in the Target Block Model section of the Reblocking Properties tab.

1. From the Target Type list, choose the type of block model that which you will convert to.
2. Change any of the values for the Target Lower, Target Upper, and Target Block Size columns for X, Y, or Z.
   
   

   Notes:

   • The values of the Target Upper and Target Lower columns must be within the bounds of the Source Lower and Source Upper columns.
   • If you change the Target Parent Block Size, the upper bound adjusts so that the block size fits evenly within the block model size.

     For example, if the Target Lower is 0, Target Upper is 12, and Target Parent Block Size is 3 ((12 - 0)/3 = 4 blocks), and you change the Target Block Size to 5, then the Target Upper adjusts to a value of 10.

   • If you change any of the block model extents, i.e., upper or lower values, the new block model size must be divisible by the block size. Otherwise, an error or a validation error results.

The values in the corresponding columns update accordingly.
