Enter attributes for each point
You can use this function to toggle the digitiser between accepting Z and description attributes for each new string, or for each new point.
To run this function: Choose Create > Digitiser options > Enter attributes for each point, or...
If you want to change the Z and description attributes for each new section you can toggle this option on for the starting point of each new segment, and then turn it off for the remainers of the segment.
Output
If toggled on, and attributes are accepted for each point, the Digitiser string attributes form is displayed for each point which is digitised.
If toggled off, and attributes are accepted for each new string,the Digitiser string attributes form is displayed for each new string.
One of the following messages are written to the message window when you toggle this function:
Digitiser attributes will be accepted for each new point
Digitiser attributes will be accepted for each new string
