Reactivate segment
You use this function to select a previously digitised segment, in the active layer, to which you want to add new digitised points. Usually, the digitiser points are appended to the last segment of the digitiser string number. Using this function you can digitise new points in any segment of any string in the active layer.
Note: The digitiser string is linked to the design string .
Incrementing the digitiser string also increments the design string.
To run this function: Choose Create > Digitise > Reactivate segment, or...
When you run the function, you are prompted to select the segment in Graphics.
Output
A circle marker is displayed in Graphics at the last digitised point drawn for the selected segment. This segment also becomes the active segment for other digitiser functions.
