Start next string

You use this function to increment the digitiser string number by 1.

Note: The digitiser string is linked to the design string. Incrementing the digitiser string also increments the design string.

To run this function: Choose Create > Digitise > Start next string, or...

• In the Function Chooser, type DIGITISER NEXT STRING, and press ENTER.

Output

The digitiser string, and design string, number increases by 1.

The following messages are written to the message window:

Digitiser string number is now xxx

Started new segment for string xxx
