Block model summary
This function gives a summary of the block model definition, and details of attribute types and background values.
To run this function: Choose Block model > Block model > Summary , or Block model > Display > Block model summary , or...
This form shows details for the Block Model for display only. These are the Model name, Description of the model entered, Origin, Extent, Block Size and Rotation angles.
The Block Resolution, Max. Resolution, Total No. Blocks and Storage Efficiency% are also for display only.
Storage Efficiency%
The Block Model employs schemes to aggregate blocks where possible to save on storage overheads. This gives an indication of the effect of such aggregation where 0% means there is no aggregation of blocks (that is, each block is stored explicitly).
Attributes are displayed in a scrolling region showing the attribute Name, Type and the Background value. For display only.
Choose Apply from the BLOCK MODEL SUMMARY form to return to the BLOCK MODELLINGmenu.
