Delete survey database
This function allows you to delete the database that you nominated when you first entered the SURVEYING menu.
To run this function: Choose Survey > Survey database > Administration > Delete database, or...
Note: Any data stored in the database will be deleted, so you must be certain that you want to delete the database before you proceed with this function.

This warning message is displayed to indicate that the current database will be deleted.
Proceed ?
If you wish to proceed, enter `Y'es and choose Apply.
A message will appear in the message window to confirm that the database has been deleted, and the SURVEYING menu will be displayed in the main window.
Messages
Once you have verified the deletion of the database, the message
All data in database dbname wiped out
will be displayed in the message window.
Result
All of the files relating to the specified database will be deleted from your hard disk, with the exception of the dbname.sdb and *.dsc files
