Feedback for the Help

Feedback is a live service that allows registered users to leave comments in the Help. These comments are seen and moderated by the GEOVIA technical communications team.

You can use the feedback feature to post the following types of comments:

• tips for using your product
• corrections to the Help content
• additional information to improve a Help topic

Please follow these guidelines when leaving comments on Feedback:

• Keep comments relevant to the program or Help system. Abusive or inappropriate comments will be removed.
• Post comments you think may be helpful to other users. For example, you can leave tips that you use when working with your product.
• Leave all comments in English. Feedback is an English-only service.
• Do not post links to other websites.

While these guidelines cannot cover all situations, Dassault Systemes GEOVIA Inc. reserves the right to take any action necessary to ensure that the feedback provided is appropriate and useful for everyone.

Using Feedback

Registering to use Feedback

To leave comments, you must first register a user profile. To register:

1. In the Help toolbar, click Edit User Profile .
   The Create Feedback User Profile form appears.
2. Type a username and your email address.
3. If you want to receive email notifications, select the appropriate notification check boxes.
4. Click Submit.
   You will receive a confirmation email.
   Note: If you do not see the email in your Inbox, check your Junk Email folder in case it was redirected there.
5. Open the email, and click the Complete Registration link.

You are now registered and able to add comments in the Help.

Troubleshooting

Adding a Comment

1. At the bottom of the Help topic, click Add comment .
   The Add Comment form appears.
2. Type a Subject and Comment, and click Submit. If you have not registered a user profile, you will be prompted to do so.

Your comment will be visible to you, and it will be queued for approval by the Technical Communications team. Once your comment is approved, it will be visible to other users.
