Create a Support Login
Before you can use GEOVIAsupport.com you must create a support login. To create your login, you need the company name and password that was assigned to your company when your product license was purchased. If you do not have these details please email login support.
Creating a Support Login
- In a browser, navigate to www.GEOVIAsupport.com.
- Click Create New Account.
- Type your Company Username and Company Password, and click Next.
- Click Next.
- Fill out the personal information form, and click Submit.
- In your email application, select the support email.
- Click the link.
The Creating a new personal profile wizard appears.
Note: If you do not have your company username or company password, please email login support.
An email will be sent to the email address you used to create your login. You must click the link in the email within one hour of receiving the email to activate your account.
Tip: Use your company email address. Do not use a personal email address.
You are redirected to the GEOVIAsupport login page. You can now create an online support request.
