Trisolation renumber range
You can use this function to change the trisolation number for a range of trisolations (or a single trisolation) in an object. You can also change the object number of those trisolations.
Prerequisites: A .dtm is displayed in Graphics.
To run this function: Choose Solids > Edit trisolation > Renumber range, or...
Fields on the Trisolation renumber range form
| Field | Description |
|---|---|
| Object number | The object number, of the .dtm that is displayed, for which you want to renumber trisolations. |
| Trisolation range | The trisolation number or numbers to change. For multiple trisolations, you can enter a standard range specification, for example 1,4 to indicate trisolations 1, 2, 3, and 4. |
| New object number |
The object number after the renumbering. You can type the same number as you typed in Object number or change it to a different number by typing the new number here. If the object number does not already exist, it is created. |
| Starting trisolation number |
The trisolation number assigned to the first trisolation that you are changing. If you are changing multiple trisolations, each one is assigned a sequential number after the Starting trisolation number.

Output
The trisolation number or numbers are changed for the triobject number you specified. If you chose to assign a New object number, the object number of the triobject is also changed.
Tip: Use the Select tool to select a trisolation, and then view the Properties pane to check that the trisolation has been renumbered in the way that you expected.
