Display open sides for trisolation
You use this function to display, in a colour you define, all edges of the triangles in a defined trisolation that do not have a neighbouring triangle. This is useful when you want to make sure the trisolations are closed when you create or edit solid models.
To run this function: Choose Surfaces > Validation > Display open sides for trisolation, or...
Note: Trisolations must be closed to calculate the volume of a solid.
Before you use this function, it is important that you run the VALIDATE AS DTM function to determine the neighbouring triangles for each triangle in the trisolation.
