Delete triangles connected to a point
This function allows you to delete all the triangles in a trisolation attached to a certain point.
To run this function: Choose Solids > Edit triangle > Delete triangles connected to a point, or...
Select the trisolation to be edited
Position the pointer and select the trisolation containing the triangles you wish to delete.
Note:Only triangles from the selected trisolation will be deleted (for example, if you have triangles from two trisolations sharing the same point in space only the triangles form the selected trisolation will be deleted).
Selecting the trisolation to be edited displays the prompt:
Select the point to delete to
Position the pointer and select the point to delete to.
Results
The point to delete to is highlighted on the screen with a temporary marker.
The relevant triangles are deleted and the screen is updated with the new edited trisolation.
The following prompt is redisplayed:

The Delete to a point function will continue until the function is cancelled when the following prompt is displayed:

Messages
The selected point is highlighted with a temporary marker.
A progress feedback bar is displayed while the trisolation is searched for triangles to delete.
While the new edited trisolation is being drawn on the screen the following message is displayed:
Redrawing trisolation, please wait...
Warnings
The point selected is not in the working layer and cannot be edited
Only objects which are in the active layer can be edited. You have selected an object which is not in the active layer.
