New library
Function Name:
The library file which contains all the map and entity definitions is found in the SSI_PLOTTING: directory and is called library.plt. If for some reason this file becomes corrupted you may need to create a new, empty library file. This function will create a new library file.
To avoid accidentally destroying your working copy of library.plt this function always creates a file called library.new. You must then use an operating system command to rename library.new to library.plt if you really want to use a new library file which has no entries in it.
