Lock selection
By default, all items on a plot are 'unlocked', meaning that they can be selected and/or edited at anytime. Using this tool, users can 'lock' the current selection. Doing so renders these selected plot elements to be unselectable, and thus uneditable. This information is not saved to the DWF (plot) file, the list of locked elements is reset when a plot file is closed.
Prerequisites: The Plotting window is open and at least one plot element is selected.
