Plan plane looking down
You can use this function to create a horizontal (XY) plane at any elevation.
To run this function: Choose Planes > Plan > Looking down, or...
Output
A dynamic horizontal plane is created. If you are in 2D mode, the plane is viewed from an elevation above the elevation that the plane was created on.
