Offset collar from plane by graphics
To run this function: Choose Design > Ring design > Edit > Offset collar from plane by graphics, or...

Since offsetting holes requires the hole to be moved along the z-axis of the default view, it is often necessary to rotate the view. Select the hole that is to be offset by clicking and holding the left mouse button down over the hole. A marker will appear at the collar position of the hole.
With the left mouse button still pressed, drag the hole collar along the z axis. Text at the collar displays the distance that the hole has been offset from the working ring plane.
When satisfied with the collar's position, release the mouse button. This function can be cancelled at any time by pressing the ESCAPE key. If the function is cancelled while a hole's collar is being offset, the collar will revert to it's original position.
