Pattern setout
This function is used mostly by surveyors when setting out blast patterns (hole collars). The report simply shows a column of hole Ids with adjacent columns of Northing, Easting and Collar level for each hole. This function also generates a string file with the same location and id as that of the report file. The string file contains string number., northing, easting, elevation, hole id, blast pattern and rock mass classification for each hole.
This function requires a blast database.
