Toolbars
A toolbar is a collection of icons that have related functions. Toolbars allow you to access commonly used functions directly, without the need to search through the menus. If a menu item has an icon, the function is also available on an icon on a toolbar.
To display a toolbar:
- Right-click to the right of the menus.
- From the shortcut menu, select Toolbars, and then select the toolbar name.
To hide a toolbar:
- Right-click to the right of the menus.
- From the shortcut menu, select Toolbars, and then select the toolbar name.

- Right-click the toolbar
- From the shortcut menu, select Hide.
To move a toolbar:
- Click and drag the dotted edge of a toolbar.
Note: You can drag a toolbar to 'dock' it vertically or horizontally, or 'undock' it. An undocked toolbar is also known as a 'floating' toolbar.
To restore all toolbars to their original location:
- Right-click to the right of the menus
- From the shortcut menu, select Restore.
- Click Apply on the form that is displayed.
