Close current segment

You use this function to close the current segment by making the first and last point of the digitiser segment the same.

To run this function: Choose Create > Digitise > Close current segment, or...

• In the Function Chooser, type DIGITISER CLOSE SEGMENT, and press ENTER.

To run this function: Choose Create > Digitise > Close current segment.

Output

The current segment of the digitiser string is closed and Graphics is updated.

The following messages are written to the message window:

Closed segment for string xxx

Started new segment for string xxx
