Save discrete samples
Discrete samples that have been drawn using the Draw Discrete Samples function may be saved to a string file for processing using other functions.
To run this function: Choose Database > Display > Save discrete samples, or...
Location and ID number
Enter the location and ID number to define the string file that will be created to contain the discrete sample points that have been retreived from the database and displayed in the 3D graphics window.
The string file that is created will have a string for each of the different rendering styles that are used to display the samples in the 3D graphics display. The description field of each point in the string file will contain the values retrieved from the specified fields in the table, in the order they were defined on the Display discrete samples form.
