Refresh drillholes
This function allows you to refresh the drillhole data displayed on your screen. This function is useful if you edit your database in any way and want your drillhole display to be updated accordingly.
To run this function: Choose Database > Display > Refresh drillholes, or...
A useful side-effect of this function is that it clears cached drillhole data residing in memory. If you have viewed a large number of sections, using this function removes that data from memory, reloading only the current section of data.
If there are modified composites displayed on the screen, you will be prompted to save these to a database interval table first. This will display the Save Drillhole Composites form.
Save composites to database
Check this box to save the composite codes to an interval table.
Composite table
Select the database table to contain the composite intervals of interest.
Composite field
Select the field in the table that will contain the composite codes.
Press Apply to save the composites to the database. This will perform the same actions as Write composites to database. Press Cancel to erase composites from the screen without saving them to the database.
In order to view these composites again, you will need to reread them from the database using the function Read composites from database.
