Log a request
You can use this command to log a support request with GEOVIA.
Prerequisites: You need GEOVIA Support login credentials. If you do not have these already, contact your GEOVIA support representative or email GEOVIA.Login-Support@3ds.com
To run this function: Choose Help > Log a Request,
When you run the Log a Request command, you are prompted to enter your GEOVIA Support user name and password in the GEOVIA Support Login form.
After you enter your login credentials and click OK, the GEOVIA Support form is displayed. On this form you can select your name from the Contact drop-down list, and enter the details of your support request.
Tip: You can attach a maximum of 10 files with a total file size of 25MB or less.
Output
When you click OK in the GEOVIA Support form, the support request is lodged with GEOVIA.
